On October 22nd, 2022 the SML celebrated 50 seasons by playing SML Super Bowl 50!
2021
The SML Moves to PS5
On August 17th, 2021 the SML moved to a PS5 league with the release of Madden 22.
2019
SML "The Primer" is founded
In 2019 the SML took another giant leap in growth - this time by creating a developmental league. "The Primer" is used to help mold and shape members to meet the SML standard. The best "overall member" (activity, attitude, content) from the Primer is chosen by admins to fill a spot in the SML if one comes open.
2017
The SML Joins Twitter
In 2017, the SML took its next step in becoming a more immersive league. Before the Madden 18 cycle began, Twitter accounts were created for each team, as well as the SML Network page, and official Sim Madden League page.
2016
The SML Podcast goes live
On December 12th, 2016 the SML Podcast volume one was uploaded to Youtube, the league's first step to social media immersion.

SML Completes it's first full Madden Cycle
After starting in mid-March the SML then started it's first full cycle in September of 2015, and completed it in 2016.
2015
SML's Inception
In 2015, the SML was born. Two brothers who had negative experiences in a previous league, decided it was time to create an August to August, SIM league for the PS4 based around good morals, fun play, and a community effort.
